Our Origin
CMO Talent Solutions was founded by a woman operator with a clear conviction: senior hiring fails not because of effort, but because of misalignment. Misaligned role scope. Misaligned interview signal. Misaligned compensation expectations.
Our founder built her career inside Fortune 50 companies, unicorn startups, and global technology organizations, where senior hiring decisions carried real delivery risk. That experience continues to shape how we advise and execute today.

We operate as a small, senior-led team by design.
Every engagement is led directly by experienced hiring experts, not junior recruiters or layered account teams. This allows us to stay close to the work, maintain continuity throughout the search, and move decisively when alignment matters.
We take on a limited number of senior searches at a time to ensure depth, continuity, and accountability throughout the engagement.
